If you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, you may return the products within seven days unworn, unused, in the condition received. In order to facilitate the return process, please return items in their original
shoe boxes, dust bags, and gift boxes, as well as other promotional items that may have arrived with the shipment and/or original purchase.
After seven days, items may be returned for store credit only.
Returns are not accepted for final sale items.
We are not responsible for any delay, damage or loss caused prior to our receipt of the
merchandise return and cannot refund your purchase in the event of such
delay, damage or loss.

You may exchange merchandise if the size and/or fit of the product sent to you is incorrect, by calling
us or emailing us at email@example.com to place a new order for the
item and/or size you now want. Please follow the directions of our Return Policy for all exchanges.
Once we have received the exchange item, we will ensure the availability of the new merchandise request, and send it too
as quickly as possible. You will not be charged for shipping and handling for
the new order.
If you have received your Zack Lo shoes as a gift, we’re happy to help with
exchanging your gift for credit. You may make exchanges up to 30 days from the date of original purchase on unworn or
undamaged goods only. No cash refunds are issued on gift orders.
Refunds will be issued to you in the same form as your payment for the
original order. For instance, if you pay by credit card, we will issue you a refund
via your credit card. Because we may not keep your credit card information
after we receive authorization, we may contact you and get this information in
order to process the refund.
